Milad 1,000-bed specialized and ultra-specialized hospital, the largest and most equipped hospital belonging to the Social Security Organization, was opened in July 2018 in order to provide a part of the medical needs of the country and the esteemed insureds of the Social Security Organization.
The hospital, in line with customer orientation, commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and prevention of environmental pollution of soil, air and surface and underground water [Executive method for identifying and evaluating environmental aspects (P144-QM-01)], It compiles macro and micro goals and revises them regularly and is determined to provide the best quality medical services, comply with the country’s environmental laws and regulations and have the least adverse impact on the environment.

In order to achieve the following goals, Milad Hospital establishes a quality management system (based on the international standard ISO 9001:2000) and an environmental management system (based on the international standard ISO 14001:2004):

Patient care with the quality of internal standards [the implementation method of treatment indicators (p098-QM-01)]
Satisfying domestic and foreign customers by providing optimal services with existing facilities, emphasizing compliance with the patient rights charter and mutual respect between all personnel.
Raising awareness and improving human resources through training
Emphasis on infection control and environmental hygiene
Continuous improvement and prevention of environmental pollution
Avoid wasting resources and reduce energy consumption
